Return & Refund Policy

At Rootborn Rituals, we take great care in ensuring the quality and authenticity of every product we deliver. As many of our products are natural, handcrafted, or sourced globally, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness and quality control.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (common in natural/handcrafted products)
  • Normal wear and tear

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us via our official Instagram page.

📩 Steps to follow:

  1. Send us a message on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your Order ID
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Unboxing video (if available)
    • Clear photographs showing the defect/damage

⚠️ Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

3. Return Approval Process

  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  • If the issue qualifies as a valid defect/damage, we will approve the return and arrange pickup or provide return instructions
  • If the product does not meet our return criteria, the request will be declined

4. Refund Policy

For approved returns:

  • The item must be picked up and received by us
  • Our quality team will inspect and assess the returned product

✅ Refunds will only be processed after the item is received and successfully validated by our quality team

  • Customers will receive a refund of the product value
  • Shipping charges and convenience fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after successful inspection and approval

Cancellations are applicable only if the item is not shipped. Refunds with customer initiated cancellations will be processed after deducting the transaction and convenience fees. 

6. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if misuse, damage, or tampering is evident
  • Each request is reviewed case-by-case to ensure fairness
